Concentration in Public Child Welfare

 

Admission Requirements

To be admitted into the Master of Arts in Child Advocacy program, Concentration in Public Child Welfare, students must have a baccalaureate degree in any discipline. Students must also submit to the Graduate School a completed Graduate Application, which includes official transcripts from each college/university attended and a statement of objectives along with two letters of recommendation and a copy of scores received on the Graduate Record Examination.  Courses are offered during the fall and spring semester and often during summer session.

A comprehensive examination is required. Students selecting the thesis option (CHAD 698) will take two courses instead of three from the list of Concentration electives.
