  • Two letters of reference

(2) Getting an E-mail Account
Getting an e-mail account is the first step in using other net-based systems available to instructors, for example Blackboard, web pages, etc.  In order to obtain an email address account, all paperwork must be given to the department secretary.  In turn, the secretary submits the paperwork to Human Resources who will review all documents for completeness.  If all paperwork is in order, the appointeeÕs birth date is input to the system to establish an email account.  The appointee can then go to the website listed below and follow the instructions provided to open an email account.

1. Create your NetID Account by completing the online MSU NetID Account Form at http://netid.montclair.edu

2. Your NetID Account will provide you with e-mail access.
