Before you click Begin Quiz, first set the number of words to drill on, up to 46. The scoring will not work properly unless you do this. Click on the link in the upper frame to see picture, then click button to close window. When you have type your answer using UPPER CASE LETTERS ONLY, click 'Check answer', then click any letter key to get next word, or use the Continue button if that does not work. Usually if you reload the page you will not need to use the Continue button when you restart the drill.
