I agree with you, In essence what can be gained from a text is not what can be deemed correct or incorrect by anybody else. It is what the person reading the text figures what correct really means. If I'm set on the notion that the sky is Blue, and I've observerd, researched and experimented every aspect of the atmosphere and somebody else did the same with the same equipment and research materials and came to the conclusion that the sky was Orange, there is no way that we are going to see eye to eye on this. Making interpretations valid only to the observer.
