It’s frustrating to know that the government we have resorts to the same tactics that is vilified to us as being part of a dictatorship. As is the usual case, money talks, everything else can take a walk.
The Ku Klux Klan, a destructive force in American history, is one vehicle the government used to break up the minorities that were holding the majority of jobs in the United States. The minorities didn’t ask for much and they were paid much less than Americans, in turn angering the natives.
The Depression followed and nearly destroyed everything the profit racism brought. The people united and came together, making an effort to completely rebuild the country.
