I'm not really certain how to reply to this post because #1-There are very few posts listed, and #2-Chapters 8 & 9 were nicely summarized here already. Not sure if Justine was taking a stance on a particular issue but essentially what she spoke of was quite correct. It's difficult to fathom that such "hate" groups such as the Ku Klux Klan, a group that promotes the bashing and hatred of any human being not white, Anglo-Saxon, or Protestant is a disgrace to anything the United States presumably stood for and still stands for to this very day. It's downright disgusting how such groups can acquire so much money and such solid backing by the proletariat to promote such American disharmony for the sole purpose of dividing such a "land of the free." I am seriously repulsed to be an American citizen because after the veil of deception is lifted, there isn't anything special about being American. At least the type of American my Uncle Sam thinks I am. I disagree with capitalism and conversely, Communism, because they both simply do not work. One paradigm is the antithesis of the other and therefore are both negated making them ineffective and fair for the good of all people. Sorry I got off on a rant here, but I fell it was necessary because I feel violated and thoroughly deceived. Though revenge really isn't my style, and since I know of no other economic/political system that would work, I'll have to deal with capitalism the best I can, but I swear to God we have some sort of peaceful, non-violent revolution in this country because the United States becomes more and more decadent by the minute.
