commenting to the first statement-I think that if your dad did not return from Vietnam and you had proof such as a picture of him in 1990 and the goverment told you many years ago that he was dead I doubt you would stop searching. There is a lot of evidence out there that men are still alive and if there is any possibility that men may still be held captive they should be searched for. I do agree that the government should do more for your dad but they should also search for those still alive!
