Capitalism is eternal, it's the whole source of our lifestyle as we know it. It is the US economy. Without it everyone would be worse off. Everyone is a beneficiary of capitalism. Maybe there there is a small portion of the population that isn't benefitting from it, but it's their fault, it is ripe for the taking. You can definitely take advantage of what capitalism has to offer.

I'm sure that capitalism isn't the best way to handle situations. But it is a very profitable one. If there is a better solution, then I think that measures should be taken to use it. I don't see this solution and can't imagine life without capitalism. It's our source of livelihood as Americans. We have always been taking advantage of lesser powers than ourselves. As far as I am concerned, the world is going to shit and it would have had to be stopped a long time ago, to stop it at all. We might as well yield to the power of the steam roller we've created and ride it as long as we can.

If we plan to stop anything as a population we must conquer the .5 percent of the population that has all the money. Sure this may seem unattainable but, I'm sure we could start a revolution of citizens against the rich. You know we could bum rush their homes with torches and clubs and give their pencil pushing butts wedgies. On a serious note the state of our nation is pretty much set. Laws protect the rich and take from the poor. The morale of our population as a whole, isn't strong enough to try and change it. It's a real good idea to try, but it's all just idealism.
