I have to agree that it's pretty scary to think that the United States is just cruising around the globe goobling up all the resources. There has to be a viable alternative to this massacre of our natural resources. What can we do to stop such an atrocity? We could stop buying the goods and boycott the government all together.
Resonably, there isn't much we can do. We do have the ability to create all the goods that we need, without using resources. It's just a fact of life that we have to understand. We have resources and we use them. I guess that I'm a stereotypical American, I don't feel the need to recycle or anything. I just use and use. I can't help it, I don't feel inclined to care otherwise. It's kind of like, procrastination, you know I'll deal with it when it happens. I'm not a good person but as far as I can see, I'm an American, to the fullest extent.
