The transcriptions are not always clear.  Here is some help.

First line of names of gods: d A-nu      d En-lil       d E-a

Second group of personal names: : 1. I Ha-am-mu-ra-bo;  I Su-up-pi-lu-li-u-ma;  

         F Pu-du-he-pa.

Third group of names of countries and cities: 1.  mat As-sur 'Assyria'; 2.   mat Mi-is-ri

         'Egypt'; 3.  alu Ni-Nu-a 'Ninive;   4.  alu Kar-ga-mis 'Carchemish'.
