I think it is outrageous that women are being denied the right to emergency abortions even when the patients life is in danger. Even STD prevention counseling is being denied. In this day and age where teens and young adults are in dire need of counseling with regards to sex these people are ignoring their needs. I cannot believe that even rape victims are being turned away. I was relieved to hear that there are some organizations out there that are trying to prevent other hospitals from turning into Catholic hospitals. A hospital is suppose to save lives not endanger them. It is a place where people go to get help, not to be converted.
