Thank you for putting this dichotomy in the best possible light. Those of you who are familiar with Jungian psychology are probably aware of the archetypes. We still label certain characteristics as either "feminine" or "masculine." But Aaron is right. By continuing to do this we perpetuate harmful stereotypes without intending to. How can we get around these labels? What would be a constructive course of action that would help us to consciously avoid labeling others or persist with these dichotomies? At least in this class? Any thoughts?
